How it’s Made – 83mg Full Spectrum Oil from Balanced Health Botanicals™ on Vimeo.

We love showing you more of our story and giving you behind-the-scenes sneak peeks. The machine in the video has the capability of filling 5 million bottles with our CBD oil per line, per year… and we have two! Here it is in action filling and labeling one of our most popular and best value products, the 2500mg (83mg Per Serving) Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture.

As the leaders of the #CBDMOVEMENT™, we hold ourselves to the most stringent protocols and guarantee all of our products are consistent, compliant, and meet all applicable regulatory standards. CBDistillery™ is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This international standard demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Our U.S.-grown industrial hemp is cultivated outdoors in a mild climate, using non-GMO natural farming practices. It is grown to be high in CBD and other minor cannabinoids while having less than 0.3% THC. Full spectrum tinctures, like the one in the video, are extracted using Supercritical CO2 Extraction. CO2 extraction involves passing CO2 through a series of columns and chambers filled with industrial hemp biomass. Pressure and temperature are adjusted to preserve the oil quality by retaining only the beneficial components of the plant, this system is able to extract the CBD molecule from the plant at 90% efficiency.

CBDistillery™ products are all third-party tested to ensure quality, consistency, and safety. We test each product four times and conduct full-panel tests for things like CBD and THC content, heavy metals, and more.  Third party lab results are published for each product, accessed through a QR code on each label. Simply scan the QR code on your product’s label and enter the batch number on the bottom of the bottle to view the results.

We want you to see it all, because being transparent is extremely important to us, and a core pillar of our company. Stay tuned for more behind the scenes footage!
