Most of you have already met Carly via our Carl's Kitchen recipe videos.

But you probably didn't know that, in addition to being our cooking guru, she also provides 1-on-1 consultations with customers. This month, we asked Carly:  

What the Heck is CBDA? 

Cannabidiolic Acid, or CBDA, is extracted from the flowering buds of the female cannabis plant. It’s the rawest form of CBD on the market and, like other minor cannabinoids, works in synergy with CBD to offer a boost to its wellness potential when the compounds interact with your Endocannabinoid System (ECS). Studies have shown the ECS can help to support the immune system and help it to recover.
