Ready for some delicious summer sips, CBD-style? You have to make one of my favorite no-fuss, high-reward blended drinks: the High-Protein Pineapple Dreamwhip CBD Smoothie.
It tastes like creamy pineapple ice cream, has only a few ingredients, and is packed full of benefits!
What You'll Need:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- Splash of vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- CBDistillery orange Bliss CBC + CBD Oil (desired amount)
- Optional add-on: 1 scoop of collagen
Combine and blend until smooth -- you know the drill!
The Greek yogurt has a whopping 10g of protein, and the chia seeds and pineapple are packed with fiber for healthy digestion! Another fun fact, pineapple has an enzyme called bromelain which is know to help your body digest protein more effectively. This can be really helpful if you have been upping your protein intake!
